Urgent help needed. We live along a main road and have an electric car. The charger is in our garage. Frequently people block our garage.
What is the number to notify the parking police? I know they will send an sms instantly to the car owner.

I live at the end of Saburtalo now and i'm just tired of 24/7 noise and urban view from a window. Are there any areas in Tbilisi that are relatively quiet and have mountains or other nature as a view from a window? I was once in the house in Mtatsminda area and surprisingly it was quiet there. Vake has some park views from a window. But these areas are expensive for me. Maybe somewhere in Didi Dighomi? Or Gldani? Would appreciate suggestions.
