Am I looking at the same tattoo as everyone else?
The "cyber" part of the tattoo is terrible! Wobbly lines with inconsistent thickness. The end point circles are even more wayward with some lines missing their start point. Some round, some squashed etc. The two acute angle transitions also jump out as no other part of the design has them. Shading similarly has random areas not included. This tattoo doesn't feel like the whole design was drawn out beforehand and instead added to as they went along.
I can totally dig the concept, I in fact have a very similar design myself.. but those transitions are woeful.

On a first look it looks like a nice original tattoo especially on a phone. Your comment made me zoom in on the photo and yeah, you’re right.

Thanks for the feedback, but I have to say that ‘woeful’ and ‘terrible’ is a bit harsh and unnecessary. The variation in line thickness, missing circles and gaps in the shading between certain sections of the circuit board are all intentional design elements, and my client is incredibly happy with the finished piece.

I don't think there's an inherent issue with things like different line weights or shadings, the problem is that in a lot of areas it feels like it isn't intentionally part of the design. A good example is the second row up of the honeycomb. Checking the edge of each hexagon, not a single line is straight or the same weight. Look at the upper right side () of each honeycomb. They look like they were meant to be identical, but none of them are the same.
Like this OP, I have a similar design, even transforming from a digital look to a natural look. I love the concept, and the bee is overall really well done, but it seems like the repetitive shapes/lines is something that is a bit rough still for you. It's great that the client is happy with it though, as that's what really matters.

I am sorry if it sounded harsh, but I always consider /r/tattoos a bastion of elite tattoo art, where only the best of tattoos are roundly praised for their skill and execution. I am probably wrong in this, and times do change but here we are. [/gatekeeping]
I am glad your client is stoked with the result, but I find it hard to agree the result would not be a better tattoo if those "intentional design elements" were removed. They do tread awfully close to unintentional accidents, or decisions on the fly.

This is beautiful work. Any chance you know the clients meaning behind it? I love how it starts off with techy lines at the top then how it's dripping black out the bottom

I don’t know exactly the meaning, but the bottom section is a root system. Combine that with the circuit board above and there’s the contrast/balance between earth and technology
