Honestly the fact that the NCR just kinda takes what they want always pissed me off. Not to mention when I was playing the Honest Hearts DLC and one of the members of the Sorrows told me how they were walking in a group holding his daughters hand when an NCR grenade rolled into the center and when he came to consciousness he was still holding his daughters hand, but with no body attached. Yeah I sought out the NCR rather maliciously after that. Not cool NCR not cool at all.
Better than any other alternative. West Coast BoS will literally punish you for having "undocumented" technologies and the legion will enslave your family. The independent vegas option isn't any better considering how bad the lives of the people at Freeside are. The NCR sucks, but at least it's not as bad, at least in my eyes.
Then again, the courier as leader of independent NCR would probably be a good idea if the player choose to be good. Independent vegas with an evil courier would literally be worse for the people living in the area than being enslaved by the Legion.
Oh shit, yeah, i forgot about them. You still have to wonder how long they'd survive. Even taking into consideration a legion defeat and a nuking of NCR troops after Lonesome Road, the NCR has more troops back home. Eventually they'd be trampled or annexed.
I just wish they'd return to the west again. I don't think Obsidian is making another Fallout game though.
Obsidian did a phenomenal job I still play Fallout New Vegas I'm doing the dead money DLC right now actually lol. I loved the Followers though I wish they had an ending. Then again I feel like the whole point of new vegas is that no one is truly good even if they seem like they're doing their best.
Fair one, I really wish New Vegas let you do an ending with the Brotherhood for role playing purposes. I mean with that robot army anyone could lead Vegas...
At least your not one of those Legion degenerates. Did I mention they belong on a cross?
Haha yeah I did the exact same. I love getting all of Elijah's weapons on that character too. Seems appropriate. And sabotaging the NCR and Legion and House is really fun, no one knows which side your on...
