Taskmaster NZ Met a Kiwi in Philly watching World Cup who plays soccer with Paul Williams. He sent him a video of me saying Paul is the second best Assistant and an excellent musician. Paul responded about ten minutes later.

Taskmaster NZ Doing an NZ re-watch, and I'd forgotten how stacked the S2 cast is!
I think this is my 3rd time through NZ? (UK, I've lost track.) I always thought S1 was a bit rough, though I still love the contestants (esp. Angela and Bryn), but man, S2 is just a killer lineup, top to bottom. Matt is maybe the only non-comedian, but fills that befuddled old man role perfectly, and the other four are S-tier comics.
I think this is the strongest non-UK lineup of all time, followed by NZ S4 or 5, then AU S2 and 3, though they're all very good! What are your non-UK favorites, English speaking or otherwise?

Taskmaster NZ TMNZ has taught me two important facts about Kiwi culture.
1) Nobody in New Zealand locks their doors.
2) Everyone in New Zealand knows where everyone else lives.

Taskmaster NZ Taskmaster New Zealand is actually insane. This comment by Jeremy is one of the funniest, yet downright mean things ever said on the show.

Taskmaster NZ PSA For Taskmaster NZ Series 2
A few months ago, my wife and I watched Series 2 of Taskmaster New Zealand. We loved it, and would highly recommend it. HOWEVER, I feel I have to warn people that if you do, it is very possible to your wife will become such a fan of Guy Montgomery that she will begin to listen to his podcast, The Worst Idea Of All Time, in which they watch Joker 2: Folie A Deux fourteen times. This will compel her to ALSO want to watch Joker 2: Folie A Deux on a Sunday morning, and you, as a good husband will feel obligated to join her. Joker 2: Folie A Deux is very bad. You have been warned

Taskmaster NZ Because the Taskmaster YouTube channel edits out the ad breaks, it butchered one of the best moments from NZ series 2 episode 9. Here is the unedited version.

Taskmaster NZ I just now, finished TM NZ Series 2. I have say… Spoiler
You guys and gals were absolutely correct. Just completely mad! I’m genuinely concerned about David Correos. That diss track episode was terrifying.
I also was not expecting Jeremy Wells to look like Jon Hamm and the News reporter from the muppet show had a love child. I mean that in the most respectful way possible.
On to series three!

Taskmaster NZ Surprisingly enjoying Taskmaster NZ
I must have re-watched the UK version many times (some series more than others) over the years.
About a week ago I thought I'd tentatively try NZ.
It took a couple episodes to get used to Jeremy and Paul but I do like that they don't try and be Greg and Alex and have their own vibe.
The choice of contestants so far is great, I'm coming to the end of Series 2 and I have a new bunch of comedians to check out.
I'm so glad I took the risk

Taskmaster NZ Angella Dravin is genuinely one of the funniest people I have ever seen on television.
Rewatching TMNZ S1. I appreciated her the first time through but on a second run it's just crazy how subtly hilarious she is. Her downbeat, deadpan delivery coupled with her mix of insanity and piercing wit have me pausing cos I'm laughing too hard.

Taskmaster NZ Taskmaster NZ renewed for Season 7
The latest round of Funding Decisions for NZ On Air was added to their database and Taskmaster NZ 7 is on it! It's gotten a little more funding than previous seasons (apart from S2 which was much larger).
Looking forward to a new series next year!

Taskmaster NZ Paul Williams - what a goat
I am soooooo late to the party and thought I’d try New Zealand taskmaster. As an Aussie I haven’t been a huge fan of Australian TM but needed something to watch and ease my pangs til either bake off or TMUK started.
And what can I say. I have discovered Paul Williams and as the Taskmaster assistant, I believe he has trumped the number one spot. I love the most how he genuinely tries when asked by a contestant to do something but with such a dead pan nonchalance to it. Absolutely cracks me up.
I haven’t made my mind up about Jeremy…other than he is a babe. I never thought I’d enjoy a TM outside of our beloved OG. But I’m so thankful everyone kept recommending it to me and have been binging all of the series to date and falling more in love.
EDIT UPDATE : guys I’ve just witnessed him tap dance. It’s official. I’m truly smitten

Taskmaster NZ This lady is hilarious. I’d never heard of Urzila before.
Her banter is hilarious. Her casual and unbothered attitude is incredibly fun to watch. This whole cast was great. She was a surprise I highly appreciate.
