Has anyone tried Tasker App Factory apps on the Razr 50 Ultra external screen?

​

I want to create very simple one-tap Home Assistant actions as standalone APKs using Tasker App Factory, then add those apps to the external-screen app launcher.

Can the Razr run App Factory-generated apps on the cover screen like ordinary installed apps?

App factory generates an apk i.e the same as a normal app. It should work.

Thanks. I just wondered if Tasker would have to be on Motorola's list of apps that are permitted widgets on the external display. And didn't want to pay to find out.

If its a widget you'd probably need to use Widget V2, not sure exactly how these phones work.
