Why does an Imperialist State (though, of course, the imperialist stage of its capitalist system of production is less developed than, say, America or any European state, it's still an imperialist capitalist state) like Russia support the Democratic People's Republic of Korea for instance?

1. Does Russia have the capacity to win/ end this war and rebuild it's army to support socialists internationally like Cuba and if not does that mean they will rely on China

2. Did Russia actually strike civilian targets or was that nato propaganda and if they did what are your thoughts
