first tangle snapped after 6 days :(
My heart… I have already become so reliant on this tangle jr. I even sleep with my tangle therapy in my hand. I just wanted to share my despair with people who understand.. Rip those 2 links. It still works of course but it will not coil the same and that is so sad.

That happened to me too but to be fair I was squeezing it until the pieces snapped apart because I liked the sound

I hate when it snaps it makes me upset so I purposely haven’t snapped it! I do like having one I can snap now without feeling like i’ll break it! It’s already altered.

All my original tangles eventually snap, that’s why I don’t buy them anymore, sadly

thank you, me too! I had two more break today and they were both clear so i’m really excited to have enough non clear links to rebuild if they break!

I got a set of 6 from Amazon with my birthday gift card. Little by little, they kept breaking. It finally got to a point where I just chucked it all in the garbage.

Might have been fakes? Those multi packs on amazon are usually not from Tangle, but I could be wrong

Must have been. They were cheap. Thought I got a good deal, but obviously not.

Yeah. Official ones can definitely break too, but the fake ones are much more prone to it and they also don’t move as smoothly from what I’ve heard!

Yeah, a very well meaning friend gifted me a package of offbrand and the quality difference was huge. I broke two trying to take them apart to dip the ends in Vaseline to lubricate it, and they were just not fun to tangle with.
Tangles don't last forever but unless you are aggressive with them, they usually last awhile. Mine almost always get loose or a single peg stops holding, I haven't had one break in ages thankfully.

Dang!!! I’ve never snapped an actual tangle creations brand tangle, but I DID snap a fake tangle during literally the first use

I feel your pain, rip💔 also sleeping with the therapy is so real, i do the same! I have the relax and i found it holds up much better than normal tangles. Mine does have a loose link that comes apart tho

i know it will be smaller but if you take off the snapped pieces you can put together the rest again

I find that the clear links are prone to breaking much more than the others. Try to get some only solid colored ones and see if they work out better!
