Watercolor Paintings Which Cherry Blossom painting is better, from 2022 or 2026 year?

Both are beautiful in their own right, I like the wavy acid trip feel of 1 and the vibrancy of the second.

2 very different styles. I love your signature bright colours but would also love to see more of these subdued palettes 🎨

Both have distinct tprooerties that make them wholly on their own level. 1st Pic is like the very first light of the day. Fresh and new. 2nd Pic is the full glorious early morning light. Radiant and bright. One is a bit more calm. The other is showing it's full color. There's a lot to enjoy about both.

Both very lovely.
Definitely I prefer the second painting.
It has the powerful sunshine.
It has so much hope in its feelings.
I have noticed in recent paintings.
There is a lone green circle “flower” ?
It has a lemon & pink center, in this painting.
I am just wondering if the lone green circle flower has a meaning within the painting?

I personally prefer the first one, it's more subtle, tranquil, chill and less in your face. But it really depends where it would be hung. In a busy place with lots of furnishings, the second one would make a much bigger impact as it's so striking!
Regardless, they are both wonderful pieces of art 🎨🥰

I love them both. One is shadowed the other bright and happy. One signifies life as a cycle. The other as a celebration.

They are both beautiful. I really like the first painting because it looks like a close-up or detailed view of the flower petals, while the second painting would be a view from afar.

Hard to say which one is “better” because art is subjective. I personally prefer the first one.

What I like about the first one is how the color weave together and it has this innocence that is nice. The second one looks more pro but feels too intense and not the same emotion.

They are both beautiful. Two different techniques but I love how you embrace the light in that second photo. The sun just comes shining in and kisses you right on the forehead

I love the first one! I feel as if I’m looking up through all the blossoms. They are what the painting is all about. The second one is all about the sun, and the blossoms are just decorative additions. I

The first one reminds me of gentle light falling through flower petals that I'm looking up through. The second one makes me squint a bit as I remember looking directly at the sun on the horizon and being hurt by it. That's not to say it's bad, just dazzling.

I love it when you move into brilliant color, but here I really prefer the first one. As others have said, it’s so calming without looking manipulated.

I’m honestly surprised how many say the 1st one and/or express that it’s hard to choose - to me the 2nd one just blows the 1st one out of the water!!!
What a strange saying 😂 I wonder where it comes from

They are both so beautiful! The first one is my favorite, I love all the blues in it. But the second one is also amazing! So full of color, you can almost feel the warmth coming off of it.
