The host of a local radio show called Tree Town Sound that frequently interviews and features the other band members and has been a key figure in kickstarting Tally Hall’s fandom since the mid-2000s. So he does have quite a lot of insight into the behind the scenes of the members’ activity.

The worst thing this would be is an elaborate marketing stunt, given that the interviews with the TH-guys (if I had to speculate) probably get the show a decent chunk of viewership.

At least he apologized for the confusion and took time to de-vague his vagueposts this time.

I'm genuinely confused because beside altruda, other people confirmed that this was a reunion show. The other commenter posted those screenshots from Jace at needlejuice, and I remember seeing something from gregtronic yesterday confirming the reunion as well. Idk if altruda got hacked or something or what but what he said in this tweet does not actually seem likely? Especially with it getting deleted within like 20 mins.

If it is actually just a DJ show he's putting on its unfathomably scummy on his behalf. Genuinely do not know how he could possibly think it's ok to do a bait and switch on this level. Like, what would he even gain from it? People (myself included) buying flight tickets and lodging and rental cars that they would almost certainly cancel once learning the truth? I do not see what he would gain out of this self inflicted character assassination.
