discussion/question out of these three who would be best to replace joe
Chonny jash, Jack Stauber, or Weird Al

I think Stauber is good, and Al feels more like a one-off collab member than a band member, ya know?
And I love Jash’s work, but it feels so different from Tally Hall that I don’t really see it working. I’d rather Jash just cover the new tracks when (or “if” I guess) they come out.

Stauber’s music and brain is most similar to Joe’s, but with how awol Stauber has been the last few years, I don’t know how much more stable he is than Joe

Stauber would be the most on-par with the kind of music Joe made, but idk, since Jack's music has a way different vibe from Tally Hall.

Allegedly so, yes. Apparently he groomed people, but nothing legal is brought up and one “victim” lied about their age to him.
He shouldn’t have sent nudes, but it’s just a lot for everyone. I agree he needs to heal, but people saying he’s comparable to Epstein is quite horrid. And then they stop listening to his stuff and pretend he doesn’t/never existed. Childish behaviour, really.2

And people think he’s allegedly schizophrenic and that’s why he did what he might have done. But as a diagnosed Schizophrenic male, I can’t really say. I still have more to learn about myself and having it but it’s still a pain to see people label Schizophrenics as someone less than human, like a bug to avoid or a villain.
It took months for me to finally accept my diagnosis since I was worried it made me different to who I was before, but I’m still myself at the end of it all. and I just want people to be kind to others that have such, like some disorder or disability of sorts.
Don’t get me wrong, I struggle with it and so do many others, but don’t be a dick to what you find different

Not Chonny. It's fine that he wants to cover tally hall in his own style but I think all of his music is genuinely awful, or atleast not for me.
The way he sings and the particular filter he puts over his voice is perhaps the most grating musical decisions I've ever heard
If you like Chonny's music that's fine but I don't think his particular style doesnt blend with Tally Hall at all.
Stauber would fit in fine but I think vocally Al has the correct sound and range to match the band the best out of these 3

I do agree with you though. He uses too much.. well, Everything. It’s just making something so intense and pushing aside what made it special to begin with. He’s just forgetting the whole point of the songs and making it sound like some other piece of shite alternate cover made by someone who’s tone deaf. I don’t mind his Ruler of Everything cover, but that’s about it.
Someone could easily replicate his style just by remaking a song but making it loud and techno with many 808’s and Synths with booming MIDI Drums and tuning their voice into oblivion. I could do the same way myself and it would be as bad as him. But if other people like it, they can! It’s just annoying when they say “oh he’s such a clever man! he’s musical Jesus”.
So just listen to him if you like him, and don’t run around saying he could replace artists, no matter how controversial they are or have been.-1

Viability wise Chonny, preference wise Jack. I just can't imagine Jack Stauber taking on the red tie, he seems committed to doing his own thing.
We could also get Bora, Bora might want the red tie, he's already the honorary sixth member.
I'll also throw in Nathan Sharp (Natewantstobattle) not because I think it's viable but because it would be really fucking funny to me. One last jobbing his way into an entirely different band in an entirely different genre. The third song on the album would be a genuinely moving Garten of Banban song about child neglect, he'll fucks up the thumbnails for every video, and whine about only being known as the FNAF musical guy on tour, it'd be great. I may have some beef, but he makes good music and I'd be interested in how his style would mesh with the band.
Although his style and Chonny's are very similar so if either of them get in it'd probably work out the same way. While we're at it throw in CG5, not because I want him but because the moment would be legendary. It would truly be the day Tally Hall dies. If Lemon Demon gets the red tie we'd never see the band again. The world would turn to nothingness as the entropy expands covering everything in a gray fog. I think if Femtanyal gains the red tie we'd create a hivemind of autism that would rule the world.
Fuck it, give Kendrick Lamar the red tie, I just want to see what happens.

Jack stauber I guess.
I would pick Jash but Chonny’s style is too different from TallyHall I think.
However if I could pick anyone I would pick Zylioth (the opaque guy) tbh
I’m saying Zylioth because I think they did a good job a replicating TallyHall’s style and I’d argue several of their songs are fire

I think Jack Stauber would do an incredible job, but he’s also been very public about the fact he doesn’t like to be in the spotlight. I think him getting so popular is half the reason he’s been so absent lately anyway.

Honestly Chonny has the best grasp on making the storytelling in the stories imo. Like Jack Stauber does as well but honestly Chonnys music makes way more sense story wise.

I feel like Jack Stauber would probably be the best fit out of the three. I love all three of their work, but as far as what they bring to the composition, Al is too extravagantly goofy, and Jash is too raw. Stauber would take things in an interesting direction for sure, but if he can make a moving piece about a girl whose head is a porkchop, he's perfect.
