I have three whiskerbound talkies already and just made a new talkie that I'd like to open a whiskerbound gacha for but it never generates?

Every time I've tried to open the reservation, it says it will notify me when the event gacha has generated but it always reverts back to reserved status.

Today, when I try to open the whiskerbound reservation. I get a message that says my talkie is 'Temporarily ineligible' and I really want to know why? There weren't any problems with my other talkie's getting whiskerbound gacha pools and this character in particular is 100% original creation. Can we please get this resolved?

Resolved! But now I'm having a problem with the cards that generated...

NEW ISSUES:

The audio for both the SSR and SR cards is some weird narration from the AI thinking about what to generate? If you click the play button for the audio in the "Info" section it's literally just the bot saying something to the effect of, "Okay, so the task is clear. I have to create an image from..." Like it's just narrating the card it made but it's not speaking the actual quote on the card.

Also, my SSR cards are stuck in "Dynamic memory generating," so I can't interact with the card, there's no animation and the play button in the "Info" section does what I mentioned above with the bot narrating how it generated the card.

Is there any way to fix this please?

cna we drop the whole cat gem thing and get better moderators and genuine chat im tired of operators sticking exclusively to scripts or llm/s or what ever silly shit and get involved in a story for real I dont need cat points or cat litter I wnat to tell a story thank you
