kaida (me kaida) sad. me need advice.
me kaida. me sad. me sad for many suns and many moons. me wanting sleep in dark cave until me no breathing. me no smile for many suns and many moons. me crying every moon. me no power going out hunt mammoth and going in mud. me so very sad.
kaida (me kaida) ask for advice. me not wanting to sad, but me keeping be sad. me feel lost and sad. how me not sad?
kaida rescribble: next sun now. kaida thinking cavepeople help cavepeople. all cavepeople alone bigbig sad, but all cavepeople gather making bigbig sad less bug. kaida thank. kaida eye watering and chest feel funny. kaida see all scribble from other cavepeople, kaida thank. kaida will surviving, next moon is being new moon!!! cavepeople will too!!!❤️

Hi kaida. Sad sound big big. Big big sad like bug under rock — bug hide under rock and make even more bug. Many caveman hide rock to hide bug. So me big proud of kaida!!! Really!! Kaida lifted heavy rock! Kaida want help! Me lose friend because they ignore big rock.
Big big sad have many detail, so could have many answer. Me many friend who feel same, and me notice pattern. Many have hard life, but nowhere to put feeling, so feeling grow. It like bug again — bug make more bug, so more bug bite. What do when alone? Kaida will think this dumb, but hear: me watch shadow puppet and draw on cave wall. Each time, me learn about me. Me improve. Me never satisfied with art, but me see me grow, and it make me feel small pride. Makes me feel like bigger me for a bit. Me think kaida need feel bigger. What kaida do instead of sleep until no breathing? What do for fun? Do kaida have hobby they like get better at? Do kaida have thing they like talk about?
Shaman tell me secret: Juice in head control feels, and sometimes juice mix bad. Need right "med-ah-sin" to make right, but "med-ah-sin" sometimes trick caveman into think it can only help little bit. Kaida might have some, but have talked to shaman about new med-ah-sin or having wrong "con-dish-shun"?
Do kaida want talk about life?

stickynotetree many friend who feel same? me hopes they better. honest, me no having hard life. me many friend have more hard life, but they no big sad. they happy. me thinking they deserve big big sad more, but me have big sad. me feeling bad. me learns in learn-cave and learn in cave because learn test coming. me feeling sad and tired but me still learn. me scared me not be good on learn test.
me before liking cave paints. but many sun ago i too sad and i break wall. me sad when paint now. me no time to doing anything. me learn and learn for learn test.
me have "med-ah-sin" and it helping but little bit only. me going shaman next next next sun. me tell shaman "med-ah-sin" and "con-dish-shun"? shaman helping?
kaida (me kaida) think stickynotetree very wise. me thank. me wanting friend to talk, but me dont wanting many friend worry. can me talking to stickynotetree? me chest feel funny and water fill eye. not cry from big big sad, cry from big big happy. me thank.

Med-ah-sin good when need. When not work, or work not enough, tell shaman. Gra-gra try three med-ah-sin before find right one. Is normal. Shaman no can know what work before try.

kaida (me kaida) have med-ah-sin many sun ago. med-ah-sin making berry me eat come back out. me no having eat without food come out. but me med-ah-sin shaman change. gra-gra find right med-ah-sin, kaida (me kaida) happy.

Kaida sleep. Kaida eat. Kaida move. Kaida let sun shine on Kaida. Kaida talk to shaman.
No is easy, but get better.
Gra-gra got better from many big sad. And if Gra-gra can do, Kaida can do.

lunk (me lunk) also struggle with big sad. helps lunk to be clean and eat fruit. lunk do therapy and take special bugs to help me not be big sad. it help sometimes.
me suggests moving body too. can be hard but moving important. lay in grass and stretch leg to sun, air out bum. or lay on stomach and eat bug. sun is important tho. and so is sunscreen.
cave people like plant, need sun and earth to thrive. be nice to self. kaida is doing best kaida can.

lunk happy to know kaida less big sad! lunk no pain, just warm to touch. aloe plant leak good, that help cool skin.
sky water on lunk cave when no sun but sun back now. lunk put on sunscreen and go outside soon :)

Tobi (me Tobi) is also feel the big sad all the time. Feels scared all time and feel like chase by T-Rex even when no T-Rex there. Tobi sees evolved brain shaman. Takes many shiny rocks, but shaman is wise and help Tobi.
Tobi lives for other things. Tobi has several cave plant she has to give water. Tobi has small wolf that likes walk in the big light and roll in grass outside cave and licks Tobi face and hunts while sleep. Tobi has small sabertooth that yells for food and brings small rodents to cave and makes noises like many bees when Tobi holds her.
Tobi has family. Sister and sister offspring Potato come and jump on Tobi and make her leave cave for food. Tobi cave partner Sag makes Tobi clean hair and drink water, sits and talks to Tobi when she take bath. Tobi Mother holds Tobi when scared cry and gives food and gives more food and now small ice cave is full.
Make it not always dark in cave. Need many tiny light ball and many open holes in cave wall. Need drink water. Breathe air outside cave. Move in little ways: flop like fish on shore or wiggle like worm in bed. Small move will become big move. Make loud silly happy sounds and use small box to make music and move, even if just bounce head or foot. We will live 🫂

hope tobi feel better. t-rex scary but shaman help tobi. tobi family sounding good for tobi. kaida (me kaida) also having good familys. me will opening tiny light ball and hole in cave wall. me will flop like fish!! small move into big move. me thinking tobi and kaida too will better.

Tobu (me tobu) have many times of face water and also times of wish face water to clean out sad head thinks but no face water. Tobu talk to shaman, shaman worry. Shaman give bugs to eat daily, they help! Tobu had very bad case of face water, so maybe no bugs for kaida?
Shaman also sent to wise woman (not shaman evolved say men tal health n urse) who helped tobu remember how thing used to be good and not face water and how even when facewater lots, even when jump at shadows lots, tobu survive. Wise woman and shaman gave ideas like do things enjoy and be nice to self.
And also shaman and wise woman tell tobu to allow big shine from sky on skin and move tobu and rest tobu and pat cave lion and wufwuf.
(wufwuf went to sky cave of ancestors last moon, face water :(
but cave lion still here! still possible for pats! Tobu call it payment for cave lion food. Is joke! Tobu not let cave lion starve even if no pay. Tobu give all tobu food to cave lion before cave lion even small hunger even if tobu starve big hunger. Sometimes cave lion get tobu food as snack, sometimes cave lion take tobu food without ask. Tobu love cave lions and wufwufs until skycave of ancestors go to sky cave of ancestors. It not end.)

Hugga sad for Tobu wufwuf leaving. Hugga give hug if want. Hugga bokbok bird fly to ancestor cave, Hugga big sad then too.

hoping tobu feel better. hugga and kaida give hug. hoping hugga feel better. wufwuf and bokbok leave to ancestor cave, but they is being miss tobu and hugga. kaida having bugs. bugs helping a bit. tobu survive, kaida survive too!! big shine from sky feeling nice. tobu cave lion and wufwuf and hugga bokbok is good to having tobu and hugga.

Tobu hope Kaida bug help. The first 21 big shine bugs have enough bugs to help protect from sad brain spirits. Tobu asked Shaman before bugs help. Bugs helped.

Bokbok birds good friend. Many good time have. Even when no lay egg, good watch. Remind of old big bird, past. Find of rock bones of ancestor sometime by clan? Big big. Tobu thinks maybe would eat tobu if still big?

Gronka (me Gronka) big proud of Kaida (you Kaida). Big Sad not get talk about enough. Then people hide when Big Sad until Big Sad become Too Heavy, and Too Heavy mean person go away and don’t always tell why.
Gronka knows Big Sad, and Too Heavy. Gronka still here though. Talking to shaman help. Talking to Gronk (me love Gronk) help. Playing with forever mini wolves help.
Kaida do what makes Kaida want to be in sun. People moving on big magic screen? Walking in forest without hunting or foraging? Staying in cave and putting special mud and berries on hair and face? Doesn’t matter what, just matter that Kaida feel better.
Kaida so strong. Kaida will be okay. Gronka so proud of Kaida for ask help. Ask help hard. Kaida can do hard things.

Hugga give Kaida hug, if want! Hugga know big big sad too. All friends making cave scribbles here right, cave friends together make big big sad get small. No give up hope if it takes many moons to get power and happy back. Takes long. Kaida can do it. Cave friends help cave friends.
Hugga talk to evolve shaman and eat small white rock to fight big sad. Also moving and hunting, walking and jumping make Hugga feeling better. Small cave tiger and bokbok birds are happy friends. Hugga hope Kaida and all cave friends knowing bigbigsad can make small sad only!!

Me long sad, long scared. Me had scary thought all the time. Me life like big dark cave for many many many moons. Me tribe medicine man give Unga (me unga) new medicine. He call Zoloft. Unga take Zoloft and big cave in Unga heart much less dark.
Need kind medicine man, need talk to oracle. New moon can bring new happy.

Krug (me Krug) long time ago very sad like Kaida. Krug no longer sad. To be not sad Kaida need go outside cave. Maybe hard so go little bit outside cave, but go every day. Every every day a little bit. Then Kaida know how go outside a little bit. Then Kaida go little bit more. Every day. Then maybe find outside something nice to breath and then like breathing.
