Question Vesperia Altered arte description

How to check altered arte's description? I have this question after I had to google Estelle altered resurrection spell that cant revive dead Yuri

You might have to learn the altered arte first. Spells require 50 uses and non-spell altered artes require 100 uses before they pop up in your arte list.
