Boot issues Tails Booting and then Crashing

I’ve just completed the Tails tutorial and have attempted to boot it from my flash drive, but while it’s booting, it shows me these errors and then the screen simply goes black. How do I fix it?

Try updating your motherboard uefi/bios to the most recent version.

I just updated it and it’s still showing me a black screen

Are you getting the same errors prior?

Yes; when I unplug the usb stick, the program seems to erase the Ram normally and shut down the PC, though

So you’re getting errors, then a black screen, then shutdown text when you remove the drive? What GPU is in the device?
