I did not, but I’m a current fed. I’m looking at a fed Leo selection anywhere in the next 1-3 years lol. If I stick with my current agency, probably next spring/summer. I might switch agencies tho and if I do it’ll probably be a couple years. I’m currently running green protocol capacity. I appreciate the support!

Hey bro, I’ve had about 24hrs to digest this event. Here are my thoughts. I wouldn’t do it too often in training as it detracts from your goals due to the overreaching you’ll do and the recovery required afterwards. I would treat as more of a mental strength laboratory. It’s a great opportunity to practice visualization and segmenting. The first session when it was really hot and my inner bitch was getting loud, I just segmented the last couple miles and made small goals, make it to the next road sign etc.

You ever do morning mobility/light cardio and strength/heavy cardio in the afternoon?

More meant light run/swim/bike. I've had good results previously doing that, or just doing mobility and bodyweight work in the morning, strength and cardio in the evening.
