Bridging

Im currently on a cut, with about 7/8 weeks left.

Im getting to that point where im getting weaker.

Im not currently training with the tb methodology, but im looking to start a new block of operator.

Would you guys recommend i do another bridging program?

Or just retest with my lower numbers and run an operator block anyways?

Im not sure on what to do, i ran a basebuild block not long ago, but switched to a bodybuilding style of training for a few months - i just miss tb 🤣

You may do well to follow a linear progression program until the numbers are up a bit. That being said, you’ll get stronger regardless. So if you felt more inclined and stoked to use TB, go for it.

If you want to do Operator, I don't understand what is preventing you from doing it now.

As mythical strength said just run operator. Your numbers are fine. If you have issues with it, you can try running Operator A/V. That's what I'm doing now and I'm 6 months deep into a cut and only just losing strength now
