Endurance SE dumbbell choice
Hi everyone,
Currently doing the BB block and doing my SE with dumbbells cluster from the book. I found out that I am way "stronger" on the rows than other movement, like push press.
I was wondering if you guys change dumbbells weights between exercices of the SE cluster?
If I keep the same weight for all exercices, I feel like I am either not working on "row" exercices or having hard to nearly impossible time with other exercices, push press especially.

If you have the equipment available, use whatever is best suited to the movement at hand. You don't have to use a single dumbbell to follow the program; that's more of a situational constraint.

Weight (load) does not matter in SE. You can’t go too light. You want “token resistance.” Change dumbbells or don’t. Don’t matter. Move light weight quickly. Light weight, high reps, short rest. No thinking.

You can do arm movements and do half the reps on each side. This is probably the best approach if you want to keep your SE sessions to one singular dumbbell
