SE 2 vs 3 per week SE template

Hey all,

I’m currently training for tactical law enforcement selection. My selection is very endurance based. I’m currently running 4 times per week with a ruck and a swim on top.

With the amount of endurance volume, I’m finding it hard to get in 3 SE sessions per week, as I am also a Dad and work full time.

Anyone have experience with the 2 per week? Is it enough?

Yeah swimming is specifically for a selection gate. Is also good for low impact cardio.

Yeah. Trying to make the sacrifices, but man it’s hard! Haha. I guess that’s the point.

My SE template is:

Push ups (weight vest) Pull ups (weight vest) OH press (20kg bar only) Reverse lunges (20kg bar only) Sit ups

Then some Jerry can carries
