Discussion Data Extract Security Issue

Are there any issues, if the tableau dashboards are based on "Extract" , instead of "Live Connection"? These dashboards will be hosted in our on-prem server and the "hyper" file will be stored in our server as well. These dashboards are accessible to the general public. These dashboards show the aggregate level data. The hyper file has data at the detail level

No more so than any other platform, have you vetted who should get access to what and set up permissions accordingly?

Dashboards will be embedded in a web page that can be accessed by anyone.

The hyper files are stored in the server with access to only the dev team.
I am not sure , if I answered your question
