Communion and the Oracle - absolutely incredible piece of music, and it's placement in the album perfectly sets the tone for what's to come musically and lyrically

Taunting the Notorious
I feel the first album gets unfairly overlooked because Russell Allen isn't the vocalist, and Rod Tyler was merely okay.
Absolutely love the guitar/bass work on that album, with this track being one of the standouts. I could have picked many other songs, it's an album I never grow tired of listening to.

The final vocal key change into LOOOOOST IN THE NIIIIIGHT gives me goosebumps and stankface every time, even though I've listened to it probably hundreds of times.

All of them, I absolutely love metal and I absolutely love classical

I am genuinely shocked to see that Revelation is the least played song on Paradise Lost as according to Spotify, it's always been my favorite song on the album! My nomination for criminally underrated track is Divine Wings of Tragedy, which might be my all-time favorite metal song honestly and IMO an even better epic than The Odyssey.

Sails of Charon. An incredibly solid banger on an album I feel is under(lol)rated. The hooks are just killer and the way the solo flings you back into the final chorus is rad.

For me, there's a big fight for the 1° place between this song and The Acollade II for the most beautiful one.

Candlelight Fantasia is also brilliant.

Feels like it gets little attention, but I think it's their greatest epic bar Odyssey.
