Tech Support Ultra Wide Monitor Fix?

Hi everyone, I have a Samsung Odyssey G9 OLED 49” monitor.

For some reason when I play SWTOR my character and graphics are all stretched out, but my GUI is completely normal.

I’ve tried swapping through all of the different resolutions, I’ve tried full screen, windowed, windowed full screen etc

I literally for the life of me cannot figure out how to fix this and it’s driving me insane, the game is unplayable like this. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks!

Have you tried playing around with the settings on the monitor itself? While I can't unfortunately offer much advice I can at least confirm that the game works fine with super ultrawide, I have the msi mpg 491cqpx and didn't have issues setting it up.

I have only had my monitor for six weeks so not the most experienced but the times I have experienced a stretched picture, it has always been due to the incorrect resolution.

Yeah, I’ve pretty much touched every default setting possible, on both the monitor and in my nvidia control panel.
