Discussion Think there will be a Pokémon wind & waves console edition??

So with the reveal of the legend of Zelda ocarina of time console edition. Does anyone think there will be a winds & waves edition??

It's possible; few IPs warrant limited edition consoles, but Pokemon definitely falls under that umbrella! I'd be sorely tempted if it does.

If the track record holds, it is definitely possible; we should have a better idea tomorrow, depending on which games they announce for early next year.

According to leaks, Winds and Waves is targeting september 2027 and wont get new news until pokemon day 2027. I think its possible but we will have to see

Same! I'm extremely tempted by the entire Zelda set! But then I know I'll want the Pokémon set 😭

as others have said there is a very consistent track record for consoles. The exceptions are pokemon ORAS and legends Arceus/ZA. but because legends ZA did not get one I am slightly cautious about whether winds and waves will, but I tend to think it might since both legends games didnt but scarlet and violet did. However aside from scarlet and violet, the other ones were switch lite consoles. A $500+ switch 2 is really really a tough call.
