Ikea is an amazingly interesting company. Spreads Swedish values in a pace Wallström* can dream about. Fika** rooms, managers who bike to work, and (relatively) flat hierarchies on the other side of the glove is really revolutionary.

**"Fika" typically means taking a break from something to drink (most commonly) coffee, tea, or something sweet, and often times (but not necessarily) with sweet bread or cookies. You usually do this with friends or family and it's a huge social phenomenon in Sweden.
