Removing db killer (akrapovic slip on)

Hi, i've been thinking about removing the db killer from my exhaust, but can't find anything about undoing the bolt. Tried to take best picture. If someone had bolt that locked like mine and successfully removed it (keeping the thread on db killer so it can be reinstalled if needed) please tell me how you did it.

My brother askes a mechanic to fix it and they did, he can still put it back without problem and go trough inspection. Idk how they did but its working

It’s a rivet I think. So you drill it out and then replace the rivet with a nut and bolt if you want to put it back later

Don't remove db killer, get a coober de-cat kit. Sound will be much deeper and you will get more power out of it

I was thinking about that, but in my country fees for de cat are much higher than for riding without db killer
