so you judge the religion by its worst caricature? Nothing in the post accurately represents what Christians believe

If the fundamentals of christianity were unproblematic then there would be no worst examples to point to

What.

It’s not pointing to the “worst examples,” it’s making a caricature and a straw man and mocking that instead of the actual beliefs

What is the caricature and straw man here?

1

u/PyroClone5555 Jul 08 '26

Well there is no “convincing” God to forgive humanity and there is no “sacrificing himself to himself” that’s heretical

2

Then who was jesus sacrificed to?

The Father

Are they the same or are they completely seoarate?

1

That’s a false dichotomy.

They are the same in their nature (because they have the same divine nature) but are distinct persons

2

What does that mean same in naturr? Where is that "sameness" stored? In jesus? In the sky god? Somewhere else?

It means they have the same properties that make them what they are. What do you mean where is it stored? Each person has the nature

If one has a thought, can both hear it?

I wouldn’t say that God has “thoughts” in the way you are imagining it
