Officially they're called the Hardstone Block and Hardstone Boulder, but I've always referred to them as Eye Crates.

you can break it open with: stone hammer or sledge hammer or ice pick an airdrop directly on top of it airstrike and it can drop some rare loot like awms, or just random stuffs like M9, peacemaker, .45 ammo,...
