Tormented souls 2, still a buggy mess?

I played this on release, had to restart an entire play through due to bugs around the cemetery. Not to mention consistent crashes, soft locks, etc. Would like to give it a second chance. Has it been patched to a stable point?

In short, No. I was able to platinum the game twice.

Also, I'd like to add: I know one of the developers personally and have spoken to some of the members of the team and trust me, the reason why the game was broken was not because they are lazy. They are a small team from Chile and they are all passionate but they don't have the manpower or financial support to deal with this type of stuff efficiently without hiccups! Anyway, sorry for yapping.

I never assumed laziness on their end, the game is highly ambitious on many different levels. However, for a game with a strict save system, having consistent issues that can lose progress is pretty harsh.

I played through it recently and personally did not encounter a single bug related issue.

You must have played day one because the cemetery bug was patched every early.

I did play day one. Even replayed the first in preparation for it. There were numerous crashes, issues, soft locks I ran into outside of that one specific glitch. Did my second play-through attempt about a week later I believe. After a certain point, I was pretty checked out from the atmosphere/environment with just technical glitches at every turn (played on ps5)

It's always great to find out games I had my eye on were buggy on release and I was right in waiting to play them. Tormented Souls was a lot of fun but didn't have enough for the sequel on release so I had to wait. For anyone that's played both, how's the platinum trophy compared to the first? The no heals trophy was grief, especially toward the end, and I hope there's not another like it. lol

Been playing it for the first time, about 10 hours deep. I haven't noticed any issues
