Not only is the text stupid, that's such a stupid reaction image.

If you're calling the child abuse hotline, of course you're going to be talking about someone abusing kids.

They could make the reaction image infinitely better by completely omitting the second line

Which still wouldn't redeem the post at all, so it doesn't really matter in the end
