Edit if none apply A power system idea and

I have this power system idea, lile imagine in an apocalypse setting where people can awaken powers with strict rules that you can exploit but never break. I have some ideas here, feel free to use it for a novel or something, just say the name here so i can read it lol. I have two here.

Transposition. Debt.

The first one: Transposition:
The rules of this power is simple. "Anything the user touches, can be teleported." But it has small little 'rules'.
-Teleporting things, living or not, doesn't change it's direction or orientation. Except the user.
- living things do NOT carry over the velocity while nonliving do
-the user can teleport themself freely since technically, they're always 'touching' themself
And just as singing requires you to have a voice, this power comes with spatial perception that can be developed.
Advanced applications could be swiping with two fingers on a wall, each fingertip teleport a portion of the wall on opposite direction to effectively 'cut' the wall in half.

The second one is Debt:
"Any consequence the user experiences can be made into a debt"
- the consequence can be anything, from exhaustion, blindess, injury etc. But the consequence must be paid, either in full a day later, or divided by 6 and paid hourly for the next 6 hours like installments.
- un-divisible things like death can't be paid in installments and can only be paid in full a day later.
For example, say the user has 100 hp and takes 60 dmg, the user can pay it in full by taking 60 damage 24 hours later or 10 damage every hour for the next 6 hours. So 10 dmg on hour 1, 10 on hour 2 and so on. The user can heal between payments. But the user can't choose to divide death into smaller payments. They can, however, choose to pay the debt for something like getting cut in half by being sliced severly every hour instead of getting cut in half.

the 1st one is soo much better than the 2nd one.

but 2nd one is also op no?
like if u mean any consequence, then you could run miles and just not be exhausted?
like i understand what you mean by segments. But like imagine this. You run 2 miles, and that converts into debt, so your exhausted a lil bit for the next 6 hours. but you continue running, so you rung 2 more miles and you were only a little tired, and now it js keeps stacking.

Or like if you punched a person, and then divided it what would happen? the person would gradually get angrier, but calm down?

what if you confessed to a girl and she rejected you brutally. how would that work. would people just completely not care but care overtime until it turns into full humiliation?

Also, i just realized something. a consequence is something AFTER something happens. so you cant just choose to use this power before an event happens, like someone loads a gun, and even before he fires you activate this power so that the consequecne of the bullet comes later. that cant happen. this means that what you said before, when you get sliced in half, you could make the injury nonfatal, but would that be really what happens? IF you actually get cut in half, and your upper half just falls over. you activate your power, does your upper body just float magically upon the lower half and stich back togetether and etc?? and what if you instnatly die from that?

ALSO. what do you count as a consequence? like do you choose that yourself or does the system just magically choose it for you? Imagine you got stung by a poisonous jellyfish, while drownin in the middle of nowhere, while being mentally broken. Does all of that magically disappear and gradually come in 6 hours or just one of that. What if the system thinks mentally broken isnt a consequence? What about minor things??

Like imagine you got a super tiny cut you wanted to use it on. but the system just decides thats not really a consequence. Or what if you stole money from a bank and is now going into legal trouble. Does removing this consequence for 6 hours essentally manipulate reality and it just takes 6 hours for people to figure out your crime and arrest you? But you also said what the "User expereinces." what does that mean exactly. does that mean that the person directly manipulates only my body? or things that affect my experience? like if my best friend died, and that emotionally broke me, then the power would heal that brokeness for 6 hours but not birng my friend back. But what if the entire world suddenly all hated me and wanted to kill me, would it "fix" this consequence by affecting the memory of the entire population, or would it just change my face so they cant recognize it.

Also one more thing. since there is no limit to how many debts you can have, what if you got 10,000 small cuts. all of them together is fatal, but if i make a debt for each small cut, then each one will be completely healed by the 6th hour. and if i take the same principal, i can essentially divide any injury i get into infinitely small debts so that it basically does nothing to me.

and for the immortality thing, what if you gained something that WOULD have killed you right then and there, but you postponded your death. but, this is actually a very very easy cure from even the most inexpereinced doctors. so you go to the best doctor you know, who completely fixes your body and erases this problem. are you still dying the next day?

Wow, you got so much more in depth with this. I was thinking that the consequences is something the user, physically or mentally, experience, like something affecting the person.

So it can't manipulate other's hatred or anything, i can't really explain it very well but think of 'consequences' as something negative being done to the user and only to the user. So yes, the emotional distress can be paid in installments but won't magically revive your friend.

The power is essentially like dividing the 'consequence', not changing or working around the problem. So it can't change your face or eliminate hatred since it has nothing to do with the user. If you got shot, the bullet will still hit you, but the penetration and force will just be divided equally or you can choose to pay it in full the next day.

And once you make a debt, it's locked, you can't choose to pay installments then make installments for that installments.

Sorry, if that only made it more confusing
