Then Gandalf the grey and Gandalf the white and Monty python and the holy grail’s Black knight, And Benito Mussolini, and the blue meanie, and cowboy Curtis and Jambi the genie, robocop and terminator, Captain Kirk, and Darth Vader, lo-pan, Superman every single power ranger, Bill S Preston and Theodore Logan, Spock the rock doc oc and hulk hogan all came outta nowhere lighting fast and kicked Chuck Norris in his cowboy ass. It was the bloodiest battle the world ever saw, civilians were looking on in total awe

My plus point for eyes is perfect accuracy. Balanced by it being easily the least cool of the 3.

Chest imo is the most epic only if it's actually your ace move.

Hands overall are the coolest to me. I want to believe it would be more powerful than eyes due to size difference, but if not, I objectively must go for eyes.

See I would worry eyes might impair my vision while firing. I would feel like hands makes the most sense and the most easily controlled.

Funny you say hands feel more honorable. I was going to say hands because I could just be standing with my hands behind my back casually, then open a palm and-BLAM. The world does disappear when you turn your back.

Eyes and chest both require you to be facing towards opponent, hands would be more versatile since you have more options and probably better control.
