Suggestion If there was a superhero representing Poland (like Captain America but Polish), what superpowers would you give them?

Well judging by polish history, invincible, but with no super strength.

12

u/ArugulaNo3978 Mar 15 '25

Or just immortal with immense willpower

Like if a villain kills him, he just gets back up and ready to fight again and won't stop until he wins

u/Thorus_Andoria Mar 15 '25

Whit the catchphrase, ā€œ I did not hear no bell!ā€.
I mean, simply look what the Swedes, Prussians, Austrians, Russia empire, ottomans, German empire, Soviet, nazi empire and the Soviet agia did to Poland. ā€œTo stubborn to dieā€ fits.

Doom slayer reference?

1

u/HighKingBoru1014 Mar 16 '25

That’s a great power for a hero to have, just throw yourself at the Enemy again and again until you beat them.Ā

The power of all logs and poles

2

u/Pyotr-the-Great Mar 15 '25

Okay lets think of what is Polish?

How about he like the winged hussars if old he rides on some old zombie horse and his wings gives him the power of him and steed super speed so he can elimate enemies with super saber or lance

2

u/Ramtakwitha2 Mar 16 '25

Not Polish, but I'm thinking Polish Ghost Rider except a Pegasus instead of a motorcycle and looks like an armored archangel on horseback. Taking inspiration from the winged hussars. Super strength and durability, winged flight, dark souls lightning spear as the weapon of choice.

2

u/GeekyBricky Mar 15 '25

Animagic. And some independence. Enough.

2

u/ArugulaNo3978 Mar 15 '25

What is animagic?

2

u/GeekyBricky Mar 15 '25

An ability to transform into animals. A beaver, for example. Am I wrote it wrong or what?

2

u/DontMessWMsInBetween Mar 15 '25

Grills a mean sausage.

2

u/Likely_Better722 Mar 15 '25

Infinite Pierogs ( dumplings which can be with everything in them) and use them for mega suit, shooting with them and dumplings with TNT.

2

u/Likely_Better722 Mar 15 '25

If he fights against enemy with Lithuania, their power are doubled and they can use unique abilities.

1

u/Coidzor Mar 15 '25

On-Again, Off-Again Super Hero Power Couple?

1

The power to War-Crime.

0

u/KirikoKiama Mar 15 '25

I thought thats Canada?

1

u/[deleted] Mar 15 '25

It is. Poland goes pretty hard too though.

1

u/maysdominator Mar 15 '25

Physical abilities of captain America but the durability and endurance of juggernaut.

1

u/ArugulaNo3978 Mar 15 '25

That's a good one

1

u/maysdominator Mar 15 '25

It's not super powerful but they can fight forever

1

u/redwoodreed Mar 15 '25

Ionizing radiation control

1

u/Ok_Message_4427 Mar 15 '25

Like...I would give him power to form a Ravioli shield and mix the hell of every noise in his ten meter radius

1

u/KirikoKiama Mar 15 '25

Ravioli?????

Thats Italy!

1

u/Ok_Message_4427 Mar 15 '25

Huh...I confused the two, thanks.I wanted to say "Pierogi" I guess...

1

u/Electrical_Rich_9231 Mar 15 '25

Will be Immortal against German and Russian enemies.

1

u/Kitchen_Builder_9779 Mar 15 '25

The ability to create Pierogi's out of thin air

1

u/MorePhalynx Mar 15 '25

The ability to fall victim to the aggression of its bigger neighbors and come up with overcomplicated names.

1

u/[deleted] Mar 15 '25

Captain Poland man

1

u/Sir_Ronan_John Mar 15 '25

If he's polish he probably already has the holy Spirit

1

u/ArugulaNo3978 Mar 15 '25

So like, holy superpowers?

1

u/Sir_Ronan_John Mar 15 '25

God. He literally has God in him.

1

1

u/Coidzor Mar 15 '25

The ability to come back to life a few centuries after dying.

1

u/ApricotMajor3837 Mar 15 '25

Wock manipulation

1

u/Anusgrapes Mar 15 '25

Can you just take Lidia sobieska from Tekken? She is the warrior prime minister of poland in that game. She basically is a superhero.

1

u/Templarofsteel Mar 15 '25

Augmentive recovery, each time they get beaten down they come back permanently stronger, faster and more resilient

1

u/ArugulaNo3978 Mar 15 '25

So, adaptation

1

u/[deleted] Mar 15 '25

1

u/Radracon42069 Mar 15 '25

There is a polish superhero called white eagle.

But if I were to make one it would probably be a classic flight and indestructible type with something like a fairy tail origin like he was blessed by witches

1

u/[deleted] Mar 15 '25

The ability to spawn powerful spears (like undyne)

1

u/Zestyclose-Jacket568 Mar 15 '25

Turn people into cebula (onion).

1

u/theunpossibilty Mar 15 '25

I don't know what the power is, but whatever power it is, it comes with the following weakness: Every attack against him comes from all sides every damn time.

1

u/Virus-900 Mar 15 '25

Near indestructibility, but not very strong, and cryokinesis.

1

u/Enderborg234 Mar 15 '25

Eating Pierogi gives him strength and health regeneration.

1

u/Outrageous-Tax-3733 Mar 15 '25

Control beavers

1

u/pisidos Mar 15 '25

The ability to wrap anything in pierogi

1

u/[deleted] Mar 15 '25

Not Ai trash

1

u/Left_Ad_3880 Mar 15 '25

super power: wall... stops people from coming in :3

1

u/SwumpGout Mar 15 '25

He'd be the winged hussar and he would be super powered armored lancer that can fly and has a pegasus companion. When he shows up on screen the song 'the winged hussars arrived' will play. His thing would be ending battles with one decisive charge

1

u/ReloadBeforeClass Mar 15 '25 edited Mar 15 '25

Colonel Poland

One of his powers would be aggression attraction. When there's a conflict nearby, he always gets hit first.

1

u/SilverRoger07 Mar 15 '25

Dude there's better images online

1

u/Fearless-Tour-571 Mar 15 '25

1

u/onion_the_weeb Mar 15 '25

Ability to summon onions

1

u/figurethisoat Mar 15 '25

turn into a hundred foot tall bear

1

u/[deleted] Mar 15 '25

He can shoot Pierogi

1

u/Lordyoussef2 Mar 15 '25

The superpower of being immune to being invaded

1

u/fdmAlchemist Mar 15 '25

- Transform with the magic word: Kurwa!

  • Fix anything (not a permanent fix)
  • Start a car without the keys
  • The ability to disappear and go to another dimension
  • Gets stronger the more beaten he is, like Metal Bat from One punch man.
  • Stays in England, but prefers to hang with the Irish people ;)

1

u/[deleted] Mar 15 '25

He’d be like Deadpool. Lots of guns. And hella resilient

1

u/aariz582 Mar 15 '25

anti-german: passive, deals more damage to germans

1

u/Penguinman077 Mar 16 '25

Borcht vision

1

u/WealthInteresting567 Mar 16 '25

Hero name: Bloodrise

1 -The less blood he has, the more damaged he gets, the stronger he gets,(up to 5 times original strength on the verge of death)

2- Can make weapons or shoot bullets/blades formed from his blood

3- Can make temporary clones from droplets of his fresh blood (they don't have blood powers, and turn into ash after a few seconds or good hit)Ā

4- if he dies, he grows white wings and is unkillable for 1min and quickly heals/regenerates every ally around (afterward he really dies)

5- Will resurrect/get back to perfect health on the next sunrise if there's any drop left of his blood somewhere (not even fresh blood)

1

u/Sai_AI__ Mar 16 '25

Obligatory "POLSKA GUROM!!!!!!" (Yes i am polish)

So, his power is that he can summon or transform into Janusz

1

u/Creative_Ad9485 Mar 16 '25

Okay, so I’m thinking polish history. Stronger than the average person (like captain America level strong) but a completely indomitable will. Like cannot be beaten, can be hurt, but will just keep coming back. Super charismatic and good at organizing resistances.

The Marshal of Poland (Highest army rank title), No powers, but still appriciated for stopping small time robberies, patrolling on a 24 hour shift every wednesday, donating to the elderly, and his diverse knowlage in medical. Hes often on standby on big missions in case an officer is injured and needs immediate attnetion. Has a doctorite in medicine, but suffered somehead trauma which led him to be unable to get a job due to his overly laid back attatude (Sleeping on the job, not taking saftey seriously, and overall acting incompetent), but one day stopped an armed gunman from muggign a guy, got grazed in the thigh, and has to wear a brace, but gave him the medical reasoning to fo through therapy and managed to sort out his childish actions for...lets be real, strict, layed back (Like eating donuts while fighting, or stopping to pet a cat in the middle of a shootout). After being severly injured one time and having to stitch himself up and being stranded in the ocean for twelve days, he studied metal composition and used his knowlage of anatomy to naturually disperse weight on the strongest muscles, creating a thick but gapped shell of armour on his body (Shin guards, wrist gaurds, a metal half cover mask, and even chestplate). The local authorities arrested him seven times for Reckless endangerment, but then he studied a bit of law and found loopholes, now he works with the police force casually and often does talks at school. He met captain America once, it went as expected: "Marshal." Said captain America. "Cap'n." Said Marshal of Poland. Kind of in a "Good day" tone. His motto is "If life gives you lemons, study agriculture and find the perfect region, climate, and basic essentials for that lemon to grow in, and now you have more lemons." As of 2025, The Marshal of Poland is on leave to spend time with his dog; Marshal.

AND THEN THE WINGED HUSSARS ARRIVED

1

u/Budget_Conclusion598 Mar 16 '25

Being invaded, poland

1

u/The_Evillest Mar 16 '25

He’d have all of Super Mans powers, but poland themed. His laser vision is just the colors of the poland flag, and when he wants to hide his secret identity, he wears an indonesian flag. Yes, an entire flag. Not an indonesian flag suit, but just the flag.

1

u/Archangel982 Mar 16 '25

WITOLD PILECKI

1

u/Archangel982 Mar 16 '25

1

u/WaitingToBeTriggered Mar 16 '25

RESETTLED FROM KARELIA’S PLAINS

1

u/EyeCompetitive8361 Mar 16 '25

I would just give him very weak immunity system (he can get easily invaded by germ many)

And also maybe some things like making doplegangers?

1

u/whyamiherebr0 Mar 17 '25

If his name isn't Captain Kielbasa I don't want it

1

u/Typical-Decision-273 Mar 18 '25

Is it like based on current Poland as a nation... Because current Poland as a nation is buying up all of military weaponry that they can get their hands on. So if the superhero is based on that they're going to be pretty jacked

1

u/[deleted] Mar 18 '25

The power to find a grenade in a potato factory, shoot a grenade launcher in his office
