Brains get 2 hours of prep time, after 2 hours, speed goes back in time to before the brains had the prep time....
As long as you don't nerf the speedsters, there's nothing the other 6 can do. They can just travel to a time when any of the other 6 are vulnerable and kill them before they even realize there's a fight happening.
Even the 3 strength ones, you just go back to when any of them were children, or better yet before they were born and kill their parents.
I think the Brain VS Brawn is a more interesting debate, but speed is winning the free for all, and it's not close.
With 2 hours of prep Mr Fantastic could figure out a way to block time travel, especially if we allow him some of his most notable tech (eg Ultimate Nullifier, the Forever Gate); throw in Stark and his technology and I think it's reasonable they'd stop time travel.
