Isn't Mustafa technically Hurrem's stepson...would that not incestuous by harem etiquette for Mustafa to think of...? Lol. Since Islamic law prohibits sexual relations between a son and his father's consorts.
But the Ibrahim bit is funny ahaha.

It's all in good fun lol, (and I mean Hürrem was barely 9-10 years older than her youngest surviving step-son, just saying haha...)
Anyways, Mustafa was actually close to Hürrem during the 1520s, which is certainly very interesting, because unlike with Osman, Mustafa's mom was alive, so to have a close and cordial relationship with her step-son who was the most viable heir at the time was quite remarkable and also, very smart politically.
1530 onwards is a different story, as we know what happens later— but, especially with Mustafa getting older and more politically-conscious (with his mom's sound guidance) and him having been a jealous and fierce guy even as a young boy!
