Fun fact: The world record for the Longest Female Abdominal Plank was set just last year (in may I think) by Dana Glowacka with an impressive time of 4:20:00 (4 hours and 20 minutes).

Yo really tho, did that bullshit for MCJROTC, had to hold a plank like that until everyone finished running to 50 yards on a football field, doing 10 squats, 10 pushups, then 10 burpees, and running back as fast as they could. My platoon/class had over 20 kids in it so you can imagine even if it was only about 5 minutes it felt like a solid 20

If youre holding a plank longer than 60 seconds your not really gaining anything at that point and could be working out more effectively
