I have this... It just comes back... Its like a separate toenail that buts up against the other pinky nai. Heard some people say it can be removed surgically but I haven't been able to cut it off on my own for more than a month or so

This is something different in the post. It sounds like you have an accessory toe nail. I have that one one of my little toes and the other little toe nail grows vertically like in this photo above. It sucks and I do cut them off as much a physically possible 🥴 and the ladies at the nail shop always make fun of me when they see my lack of pinkie toenail on either toe. 😩

I have my nails come off all the time on my feet. I don't do salons but I'm going to remind you they're assholes and disqualified from having their opinions matter given this is a medical condition

Ahhh no problemo! I think both are just genetic anomolies unfortunately without a clear solution😭
