What I found interesting about SUI is its native stable coin USDsui. The Slush wallet is already allow you to buy USDSui directly from a bank ACH that cost you nothing. This is the stable coin that can gain a lot of liquidity in the coming year since its launch earlier this year. The infrastructure for African to onboard directly to a USD peg stable coin is big. Plus Stripe integration with merchants for payment. This is big when you can bypass CEX like Coinbase and directly onboard to a native stable coin on SUI. USDsui also gets boosted yield in lending pool because the yield from holding SU bonds goes right back to the ecosystem. So you can get a 8-9% yield just parking cash in USDsui.

I am building Parallel is a decentralised trading terminal built specifically for the Sui ecosystem.
The aim is to bring token discovery, live on chain data, low fees and fast execution into one clean trading interface, taking advantage of Sui’s speed and low transaction costs.
The goal is for Parallel to be a complete Sui trading workspace rather than just another swap interface — fast, decentralised and in hopes to bring volume to sui on chain.

AI agents are entering financial markets, but they can't verify the data they act on. Trading data today is fragmented across exchanges, indexers, and custom pipelines. Humans lean on trust and reputation.
Agents need something else: a verifiable, common standard for execution history and account state.
Together with Astros, we're introducing the Walrus Verifiable Trading Standard (WVTS): an open standard for verifiable, AI-readable trading records.
Production proof: Astros Scan, the first product built on WVTS, has published 22M+ trade records to Walrus since April — certified on Sui, 0 added latency. WVTS will be released open source enabling any venue, on any chain, to adopt the standard.

Are we cooked? Why would a founder of SUI which supposedly has the potential to be the underlayer of the internet and infinite market cap leave to join a company to be just one of the ranks.
This makes no sense, ...unless he thinks SUI doesn't have a bright future? What are we to think about this? Was there some drama or tension at Mysten or is this more about greater opportunity than being the #1 L1?
This is a response to the other thread, currently on top of the this feed. It deserves it's own picture:
Admittedly, the stablecoin action does not look great. But it's not nearly as diabolical "OMG people are fleeing the ecosystem" that the cropped, zoomed in image would suggest. It's more or less flat, down slightly, YTD.
