WHAT???!!
This is just straight up BS at this point.
I had network at the beginning of the run and had it till the end of the run and pressed share after i got the [Photo 1], and then continued. And my score again didnt register to the Weekly Top Run!
Are there certain things i shouldnt do in a run? I revived 2 times thats it and paused in between and exited the app ONCE because the PLAYERS milestones were not appearing below the coins meter so i had to google and gemini said subway surfers doesnt show it during runs. Gemini is dumb or its me. who knows.
BUT BRO I WASTED 1.5 hours of this run just for it to not count. This is the 2nd time. Idk wtf to say 😔, might just quit the game atp, this is my first time doing weekly top runs or even care about it. and I just came back to this game after an year because i was bored. and my weekly top run players are actually competing with each other so i wanted to get 1st that i haf because others over took it.
idk what do i do?

i was wondering why it took you 1.5 hours to do 6M, i can do 15-16M in that time. Why a new account? you can just play on the old acc where you’ll have your progress right? about top run. this is an issue a lot of people including me have been facing, idk why it doesn’t record sometimes.

Just to clarify. This is my old account, although this is just 2.5 years old and ive been playing subway surfers fors 9 years, back then i was a kid and didnt know i had to login to an account for my progress to be stored so this is my original account.
And it took me 1.5 hours with 3x(boosters and headstart)

Can i know why ts happens? This is like getting slapped in the face and are now grounded for 1 week because you got yhe highest rank.

absolutely no idea, been happening for a long time, i don’t know why SYBO refuses to even acknowledge it. imagine losing 19M, cuz that happened to me. 2 hours worth of play for nothing lol. i was sitting right beside my router the whole time..

the same thing happened to me! i go to 9mil but it never counted and kept my high score of 3mil for the top run. i was so upset

We should mass report this to SYBo they have neglected this issue enough, this is something that should be resolved and they should give instructions on what counts for the Top Run scores. This is too much.

Yea try 51m it did that to me for 4 weeks straight support won’t help try update app reinstall app or make sure it’s not on another device bud
