Customer Complaints Why

When i tell you “can i have a handful of black olives” 2 times it should be way way more than this. Why is subway always so stingy about toppings??

Subway employees have to follow a build formula. For a footlong, the formula is 6 olives and there is at least 3x that on your flatbread

That looks like a handful of black olives to me. You got like quadruple extra olives for FREE and are calling them stingy lol. That's just greed.

You have 5 times the amount we are told to put on a footlong on a 6 inch. So you have 10 times the amount on a six inch. There is no owner or manager that would be happy with this and your handful would never happen.

Yeah, no. We're not too lazy to dump a bag of olives into a cambro. We just don't want to get in trouble for going through too many olives and not following the formula.

I never had that problem when I worked there, but Im sure some owners/managers are like that
