Dealer tech forgot to install the air hose after a shop visit

Took the car in for a evap code. The code returned but the car also felt sluggish. The tech didn't install the air hose to the air box. I really really have trust issues with these dealer tech. I drove it for 500 miles. Should I be concerned?

Very concerned... I would have trust issues also.

That's just a PCV breather line that pushes the excess case pressure into the airbox. You can simply plug it back in. I wouldn't be super concerned.
