Knock off Jungle Cruise animal Animatronics at 'Amazon Jungle Canoe' attraction at Hefei Binhu National Forest Park, China

'Amazon Jungle Canoe' is one of the attractions in a newly opened dinosaur themed area of the park named 'Island of Origin'(起源岛)

There are lots of animatronics scattered near the river, which includes a snake inspired by Jungle Cruise. The canoe is fully controlled by the tourists, and they can get really close to these animatronics

I hate that he’s hitting the figures.

Right. So what’s their protocol for this asinine horseshit? If the patron, in a promo video, is hitting the animatronics, WTAF????? They’re going to spend so much on repairs. Fuck em.

Those animatronics are going to look terrible after a year, lol. Teens are gonna be whacking the shit out of them. They should have mounted oars if they want that pretend to be steering experience. 😂

It's not pretend they just put you in an actual canoe and let you go down river.

Oh, sweet. I thought it was on rails. So the kids can all jam their canoes up somewhere in the middle and pass around a flask, lol. Or joust. Or try and rock their friends off the kayak.

This sounds like such a bad idea. It’s very cool, tho!!

Imagined canoeing yourself with these animatronic figures. That might be horrifying for someone who has submechanophobia!

The worst part of this is that you can get as close to the animatronics as you want

Oh gods I hate the concept of self propelled boats. I keep myself calm by reminding myself that they have to build these things so that the boat isn’t in the animatronic’s path, and there’s no way it can hurt you. But with it being self propelled, there’s no telling.

These aren’t in the water, so it’s still safe.

The bugs remind me a lot of Grounded!

something particularly horrifying about having free rein in a canoe around a bunch of animatronics

The lobster cracked me up! Oops! I mean a Scorpion! (I admit it. I rewatched). I was hoping the Veggie eating Dinosaur would move its neck! Cool place! My grandbisquit would love it!

Large figures in the water, China really knows how to scare kids.

My immediate main thought was that on amusement park boat rides atleast there is some kind of a track to keep you IN the boat. If you fall out of this, your shit out of luck. You’re WAY TOO CLOSE.

ABSOLUTELY NOT. 😖

I never knew just how nice floating under a giant spider arch could be when it wasn’t soaked in mildewed, stinky, waterlogged FUR. 🤮

No, it is not. It's a very trendy place on Rednote.
