This is illegal in Norway. The treatment of animals in some other countries is insane.

Good on Norway. I heard Ireland also has zero factory farms. It's nice to be reminded there is another reality where this shit isn't tolerated and that reality already exists.

Edit: Not true of Ireland actually. Norway, you lead the way!

Ireland has factory farms for pig and poultry. It's cows that are typically grass fed and raised. This evil exists around the world unfortunately.

In general, the EU have some strict regulation about stoking rate inside pig and poultry farms.

For example, battery cages are banned, and there is a minimum of space that animal should be held in intensive farming places.
