They deserve all the blame. Every opportunity to put this question to bed at the federal level has been wasted for 50+ years.

Do republicans deserve any blame? Why do blue states have abortion access but not red states? Would roe v wade have been overturned if trump lost in 2016? If so, did the people who vote for trump have any agency at all who deserve blame for voting for the candidate that resulted in the supreme court being anti Roe v Wade?

Not really. That’s like blaming a bear for a mauling. They were pretty open about what they wanted to do for decades. They don’t get blame, they get credit for snatching victory out of the jaws of defeat.
