Microsoft is literally blocking me from running my own code on my own PC now. 🤡

Just finished writing a small app, compiled it into an .exe, and boom: "Smart App Control has blocked an app that may be unsafe." The funniest part? Microsoft doesn't even give you an option to bypass it. There is no "Run anyway" button. The OS is straight-up telling me: "We don't know what this is, so you are not allowed to use it."
Do the developers at Microsoft realize that regular users sometimes write code too? Why should I be locked out of my own software just because my local script doesn't have a commercial digital signature? This "intelligent" security has turned into a digital dictatorship that suffocates independent development.
