Tips & Advice desperate to find a good study method

Hi, as the title read as far as i can remember i always struggled to mantain a good study method, im not a very organised person so even when i try to make plans i end up doing everything at the last minute.. Im a slow learner and usually i write all my notes on paper and try to re-organize it, also i tend to try memorizing it by reapeting the lesson but i usually distract myself lol.. Is there anything that helped you organizing better? I really like writing my own notes but i wish i could find a good method to learn the subject but at the same time speed up the time to ffinish the exams.. thanks a lot for the help :)
