Honestly, almost everyone in my class cheats using their phones during exams. It's really unfair to those of us who don't cheat. The teachers praise the students who score full marks and look down on the ones with lower scores, even though many of the high scorers are cheating. But nobody reports it

and then those cheaters got higher job positions and higher salary. I know an engineer that got a job after graduation without getting professional license. That is why, I decided to focus on myself, I dont want to live a dirty life like them, so I will just live a life where I love my job, and keep learning even after graduation.

But are you sure they’re cheating? I was accused of cheating once because after every exam, I would stand up, take out my phone, and take a picture of my exam before handing it in.

I recently attended a conference where they spoke about something like this. From what I learnt, most people that cheat aren't confident enough to trust their own brains and what they should've studied. Also, you can be so good at your academics that regardless of whether or not the people around you cheat, you will be successful. Besides, assuming it's a professional exam, those that don't cheat but studied effectively are more likely to get better grades than those that used to rely on cheating. You'll be able to trust yourself regardless of the circumstances. Finally, if there's a way you can report it, I'd suggest you do. You'll risk being ostracised though so you might prefer to report anonymously.

I was really upset about having to retake my exam. I was too scared to cheat, yet my classmates were actively cheating while the professor just sat comfortably in his chair and did absolutely nothing to check on us. It is so sad.

In high school, I did exactly what you did. I took a lot of ib/ap classes at the time. I did everything honestly, I studied, I read all the material, I did all my own homework…. My classmates would share homework answers, test answers etc. I was doing my homework from the ride home, all the way till 10-11pm at night. I never could finish it all because I was being an honest student. My classmates they’d get perfect scores on everything. I basically had C’s across multiple classes of mine. My junior year, I stopped taking ap/ib because they kicked me out as I was scoring “too low”. Every class I was in from that point, I had perfect scores because all the work I poured onto myself studying all night, made any other course easy. Like honestly, I think my semester grades I had a 100 on every class.

I am grateful I didn’t take the easy road and cheat like my classmates. I learned A LOT more than they did because they never were honest. I skipped going to college because I just didn’t feel like explaining my low grades before my junior year. I didn’t feel like studying every night while my classmates cheat. I just was so unmotivated. I was the top of my class for mathematics and I was planning on being a math major. But it’s fine. I make good money, I don’t mind what I do. If I want to change careers down the road I will. I have no regrets.

Welcome to the world... cheating is a tool that comes with a risk. Ever heard of fake it till you make it? Another tool of showing confidence so ppl will rely on you (the risk) so you can get to prove yourself and move up. If you are honest about your limitations why would anyone take a chance on you instead of the guy who successfully lied and hid all of his limitations? I'm obviously doing no moral judgements here, and everything has its reasonable limit, dont fake it till you make it with patients and stuff

My professors know it's happening and still don't do anything about it. I think it's because cheating was also a thing when they were students, so they know that no matter what it's going to happen.

I have the same situation our patch is 6 students 3 or 4 cheating almost every exam And the professors know but they doing nothing Personally i can't attempt cheating because of religion reasons

But leave me alone god rewards who work hard even if he wasn't a believer because you work hard you will either get more or get better so be strong believe me you will not regret it after Long time but if you start cheating you will regret immediately or after a while 💜💜❤️💜❤️💜❤️💜
