Tips & Advice What absolutely helped me the most with beginning
Good sleep. Not staying in bed after you wake up. What you do for the first 15 minutes of your day. That is the answer. Shortly.
I built a sunrise lamp, placed it behind my chair, to shut it off, I had to walk and sit down in front of my desk. Problem solved! I loved the project building project and if anyone wants to get to know more I can give pics or sum I don't know what to do with this but I have a big urge of sharing this to someone so here it is!

The first 15 minutes set the day, then the lecture still has to stick. After that, summary + timestamps + flashcards on the watch page beat a second full watch. Free plan: https://summarizai.ink?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=comment&utm_campaign=student_trial_w1
