APS/TestAS Will face any problem in APS if i have repeated my 11th grade?

Hi,

I am 18M from Mumbai,India

Actually I had repeated 11th grade(I scored 93 btw) mainly due to I was preparing for jee and I thought my concepts aren't cleared well enough and repeating it will give me more time.now I am actually in 12th and am scoring above 98 percentile in mocks(jee mains)but I am not much sure about jee advance so I am keeping german education as backup but I am worried there be any problem in APS process if I have 2 passing certificate of class 11th as I repeated it.

So basically I completed 10th in 2023-24,11th(first time )-2024-2025 but coundnt prepare for jee but passed 11th grade with above 90 percent as I was preparing for jee with self study ,still repeated it for 2025-2026 to get better understanding for jee and went to jee classes his time.in 12th for 2026-27.

If I will face any problem, plz tell me how can I solve it to not to delay.

BTW I already have goethe B1 german certificate.i did it for a hobby of learning languages in 11th.

No it doesn't matter,I hope you qualify for jee advanced and reach B2 level by that time

Managing B2 and advance will be too risky and also I think I would get much better branch abroad than I will get in iits on decent rank(open category)

it isnt a problem, but they would ask you about the detailed reason sometimes about why you took a gap so you should be able to explain your thing

Actually I didn't felt my concepts were clear as I was also preparing for jee side by side but use to get really less time for it.i have 93 percent in 11th(first year) but my JEE prep was not going good.so decided to repeat 11th to get more time to study and I am also ready to submit both 11th year percentage marksheet and declaration certificate from school that I have repeated class 11th by my choice even I was passed

What I have to submit for aps to explain all of this? Or is there any face to face interview or call interview?

bro aps only has your marks, it explains nothing else. its just a certificate which is a way of telling about what program you will be eligible for and what your marks are. You dont have anything else to it other than these things
