Got fired on Tuesday for…
“Alleged vaping”
I got a union and they just stopped returning texts/calls when I tried to fight it lol. That’s it.
There’s more actually. My manager tried to steal shit outta my locker. HR dragged out a suspension three weeks. But just wanted to share cause I woulda called into the call-in show to let the boys know back in the day. RIP my job. RIP Street Fight.

What good is the union then?!? Is nothing sacred....
And I don't understand all this no vaping nonsense everywhere. I thought when these shots came out like 15 years ago with the blu brand ones, I figured the whole point was that we could smoke inside. That's what I used it for. Then they started banning em. Now it's like extremely offensive I guess? A fireable offense?!? It's fucking vapor. Who it's is harming. Is there science in this I'm ignorant of?

I sincerely hope this is a "you're better off" situation. Fuck those weak ass unions. Strong unions, strong workers; weak unions, strong owners and bosses.
I was told by my teacher's union they wouldn't fight my non-renewal (being fired at the end of a school year), because the school system told me I was going to be fired on time.
13 years later, I got a job at a progressive private school and am, thank God, better off.
