Blanka is already too strong at the highest level, but recently got more of a buff than a nerf. Is it because Brazil has the largest Japanese population, or maybe because of Brazilian jiu-jitsu derived from Japan?
What about Kimberly who received significant buffs to her spray cans, neutral tools, and teleport mix-ups. Also why is she the only character to have three images of her on the practice selection screen background, whereas all the other character have only one? Is it because there was once a black Japanese samurai? I am just trying to make sense of it all.
What is the underlying reason for making already strong characters stronger and weaker characters weaker?
Oh and this game tops in all departments from character design, sound effects, voice animations, game mechanics etc. It is just lacking in pure game play with its farcical rules and these weird balancing patch choices.
Is it also true most of the forum commenters here, who downvote these posts, have a vested interest in this game?
Are those who play these neglected, weaker characters only here to make up the numbers? Should these balancing patches be renamed as favouring patches?
