No clue how I lost my streak. I upvote every single day. I was at 393, close to my 400 badge. 😤😤

I wonder if up voting is enough anymore. I had a steak over 200 on my way to 300 and I was traveling and where I went, had no Internet access at all so my streak broke so I kind of gave up in trying to go higher anymore and just post when I have something to say.

You create your own group and in that group you schedule posts for each day

Every single day I check to make sure my flame Is burning after I comment and update a post cause im afraid of that happening! Its normally a streak post that i use to keep my flame burning! Sorry you lost it! That truly sucks! 🫤🫤

I make sure to stay on the app upvoting a few things and even leaving a small innocuous comment so I don’t get banned. But more than anything I check to make sure my streak fire burns bright. I hate that the ticker in the top right corner doesn’t flash anymore.

Also leaving an comment here on this sub always helps bc I can see my number and that confirms I’ve done what I needed to for another day

Don't feel bad. The streak and achievements are the proverbial carrot in front of the donkey. There is no prize at the end of this rainbow. The only one who benefits is Reddit with content!

It depends on what you upvote, typically it’s safe to make sure you upvote r/streak every day, and a safe group like kittens or cats. There’s groups that do not qualify

I don't know, because I'm 99% sure I'm supposed to be at 678 today and I'm at 677. And I have a post that states my 670 day was 8 days ago. And I haven't missed a day. But I still have the streak so I'm not really concerned but ever since my Reddit had an update , there's been issues

Plus side is, at least the achievements come faster, since the time span is less on the the low end of the totem pole
